A great start

This is a great start for this app, though I think it needs some improvements.
*Raise the limit from 10 minutes, for roasting longer times are often needed
*Allow the option if a count-up timer instead if just count down
*A help/guide menu would be great, it took me a while to figure out how to change several different settings
