Beautiful but hard to use

The app UI is well done but the UX could use lots of improvements. For instance:

- providing a few presets would help the newbie if he wants to target newbie users or users who dont have their brewing down to a science yet
- some help would be useful since some of the features are not obvious; It took a few tries before I realized the middle button can be dragged down for more options.
- ability to lock the events once they are set. I found myself to easily dragging them out of place

Great start and I look forward to the next release.
